We currently have an aquatic invasive species Special Assessment District for a local lake. We have been informed that the type of milfoil has hybridized to the point that available chemicals are not effective. The proposed solution far exceeds the collection of SAD assessments, so could a grant for the excessive cost be a viable solution?
